Rooftop Solar

Community Solar (No On-Site Installation)
For residents and businesses that don’t control their roof space, joining a NY State based solar farm can provide monthly savings on electricity costs. Eligible meters can enroll at no cost and receive 5–10% ongoing utility bill savings for up to 20 years.

Turnkey EV Charging (No Capital Required)
We install Level II chargers with no upfront cost, embedding expenses into an ESCO commodity agreement. Hosts participate in revenue sharing and may purchase the assets for $1 after five years.

ESCO Services
SES, working with a local broker, can provide fixed-rate ESCO agreements to stabilize and reduce utility costs. Leveraging a broad supplier network, we secure highly competitive rates to lower energy expenses across multiple locations.

Demand Response
SES, via a local partnership, offers a fully managed Demand Response platform that helps multi-site commercial businesses and multi-family building owners reduce peak load, earn utility incentives, and lower long-term energy costs. Automated through smart building systems, it requires minimal operational effort and limited resident impact. Integrated with solar, storage, and utility procurement, it optimizes portfolio-wide energy performance efficiently.
