Tim Oudman currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sustainability Innovation at Republic Services while also holding board member positions at Blue Polymers and SmarterX. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Republic Services, including Area President for both the Southwest and Mountain Areas, as well as Vice President for Innovation & Business Development and Environmental Services. Tim possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University-Northwest and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management.
