Tim Uzzanti is the current CEO and CTO of SmarterTools. Tim has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, having previously served as the CEO of TapFoo LLC and CrystalTech Web Hosting Inc.

Uzzanti has always been a visionary leader, with a knack for seeing the potential in new technologies. This was evident early on in their career, when they founded CrystalTech – one of the first web hosting companies in the world. Under their leadership, the company grew to become a major player in the web hosting industry, with over 100,000 customers at its peak.

In 2015, Uzzanti co-founded TapFoo, a mobile gaming company that revolutionized the classic “Be the 10th Caller” promotion. The company quickly gained popularity among players and sponsors alike, with prizes ranging from local to national businesses and brands. Despite offers to sell the company and its IP, Uzzanti decided against it, instead opting to focus on growing the company organically.

In their current role as CEO and CTO of SmarterTools, Uzzanti is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s products and services. Tim is constantly looking for ways to improve the company’s offerings, with a focus on making them simpler and more user-friendly. Under their leadership, SmarterTools has become a leading provider of productivity software, with millions of users worldwide.

Tim Uzzanti has a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from DeVry University in Phoenix, AZ.
