Stephen Colby has extensive experience in data systems design, development, and operations, currently serving as a consultant for Excel spreadsheet development and data entry at Private and SmartEtailing.com since 2011 and 2016, respectively. Additionally, Stephen Colby works as a Research Consultant for Justice Systems Assessment and Training, also beginning in 2011. Prior professional experience includes serving as an Administrative Professional in Finance for the State of Colorado from 1975 to 2010, focusing on state and local government project financing. Stephen Colby holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Religious Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
