Luís Dias

Luís Dias began their work experience in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at an undisclosed company, where they completed a summer internship. Their responsibilities in this role included organizing, uploading, and managing paperwork in the accounts payable department. Luís then moved on to IFIMUP - Instituto de Física de Materiais Avançados, Nanotecnologia e Fotónica, where they worked as a Student Intern in 2019 and 2020. Following this, Luís joined Sphere Ultrafast Photonics as a Laser Engineer from February 2021 to December 2021. In 2022, they worked at Monocrom as a Laser Engineer until September, when they transitioned to their current role as an R&D Engineer at Smartex.ai.

Luís Dias obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from both the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto and the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, studying from 2016 to 2021.
