Rita Santos

Rita Santos has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rita currently holds the position of Head of People at Smartex.ai since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at BIAL from January 2021 to September 2022.

Before joining BIAL, Rita was associated with Invacare Iberia, where they served as an HR Business Partner from January 2020 to December 2020. Rita also worked as an HR Generalist at Invacare Iberia from December 2016 to January 2020, where they handled various responsibilities related to strategy and compliance, culture and workforce engagement, recruitment and selection, internal communication, performance evaluation, payroll processing and administration, compensation and benefits, labor law guidance, employer branding, training and development management, and health and safety committee participation.

Rita Santos began their professional journey as an R&S Trainee at EGOR from September 2015 to February 2016.

Rita Santos has a Mestrado degree in Psicologia das Organizações Social e do Trabalho from Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade do Porto. Rita attended this institution from 2011 to 2016. In 2013 and 2014, they participated in an Erasmus program as a psychology student at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Additionally, they obtained a CCP (Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas) from IEFP in July 2019. As for their additional certifications, they are also a Mentor from Pitch Bootcamp, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
