Lev Barinskiy

Lev Barinskiy is the founder and CEO of SmartFinancial, a leading online destination for insurance comparison shopping. Lev has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, and has been recognized as one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. Prior to starting SmartFinancial, Lev was the president of Insurance Consultants LLC, a full-service insurance agency and financial advisory firm. Lev also co-founded Cyber Technology, LLC, an internet security startup.

Lev Barinskiy's educational career consists of a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Capital University and a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law.
