Marlene Fields

Marlene Fields has over 18 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry. Marlene began their career as an Occupational Therapist at Alliance Rehabilitation in 2003, followed by a role as Assistant Director at St. Louis University Hospital in 2005. In 2007, Marlene took on the role of Business Development Representative/Clinical Specialist at Bioness Inc. and in 2011, they joined Mederi Caretenders affiliate of Almost Family as a Patient Care Liaison-Sales and Occupational Therapist. In 2013, Marlene became the Director of Belle Children's Therapy Services/Marketer for program at Belle Children's Services of St Louis Arc. In 2017, Marlene took on the role of Regional Sales Manager-Central Region at BIONIK Laboratories and in 2019, they became an Admission Liaison at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab. In 2020, Marlene joined TeleTeachers as a School Partnership Executive and most recently, in 2021, they began their current role as Director - Key Accounts and Dealer Partnerships at SMARTfit Inc.

Marlene Fields received their Masters of Business Administration from Webster University in 2005, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelors of Science from UT Health San Antonio in 1989, with a focus in Occupational Therapy.
