Kelly Johnson

Kelly Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Applications Engineer at Smartflow Technologies Inc. since March 2015 and as the Owner of Maximize Consulting & Contracting since January 2015. At Maximize Consulting, Kelly specializes in developing and improving processes for the pharmaceutical and food processing industries, focusing on yield improvements, process efficiency, waste reduction, and contamination prevention. Prior to these roles, Kelly worked at Zoetis Inc. from October 1992 to December 2014 as a Production Team Leader, overseeing teams in bacterial production and leading projects related to new product transfer and process improvements. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Doane University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
