James Rutherford is the Chairman of SmartFrame Technologies and has extensive experience as an investor in both public and private markets. They served as Head of Europe at Federated Hermes from 2010 to 2023, focusing on long-term growth and stock selection in European equities. Previously, James co-founded Sourcecap International, an investment management company, and worked as a European Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Investments from 1988 to 2006.
