Sebastian Wild

Sebastian Wild has been working in various roles since 2004. Sebastian began their career as the Head Basketball Coach and Coordinator of Fundraising Efforts at Lees-McRae College in 2004. In 2012, they took on the role of Head Basketball Coach for the Rostock SEAWOLVES - 2. Basketball Bundesliga, as well as Projekt Manager for the Rostocker Gesellschaft für Tourismus und Marketing. In 2014, they became the Chief Operating Officer for Ballside.com, and in 2018 they took on the role of Head of B2B Cooperations for hepster - the mobile insurance. In 2019, they became the EVP HR & Operations for Smartfrog Ltd. and General Manager & VP International Marketing for Smartfrog&Canary (canary.is). In their current role, they are responsible for Talent Acquisition & Retention, People Operations, Leadership Development, and Workplace Experience in a people-first, high-growth environment.

Sebastian Wild completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Sportsmanagement, Marketing and Business Economics from Lees-McRae College between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universität Rostock in Business Administration between 1999 and 2004.
