Heidi S.

Heidi S. is a strategy, transformation, and customer experience leader dedicated to transforming organizations through collaboration and co-creation. With expansive experience across corporate, academic, public, and not-for-profit sectors, they currently serve as General Manager of Client Performance and Transformation at Smartgroup Corporation. Previously, they held roles including Group Manager for Transformation, Strategy, and Renewal at Coates Hire and Executive Manager for Education and Innovation at the Workplace Gender Equality Agency. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Business with Honours and a PhD in Management Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney, and has also been a lecturer at the UTS Business School.
