Richard Embry

Richard Embry is a Senior D365 Functional Consultant at smartimpact, where they lead multiple CRM and database projects within the not-for-profit sector. With a background as a business analyst, technical consultant, and PRINCE2-qualified project manager, Richard has developed expertise in CRM systems and MS SQL Server. Previously, they worked as a CRM and Business Consultant at Advanced and a Senior Education Officer at the Chartered Institute of Taxation, where they successfully managed significant projects including the introduction of Computer Based Assessment. Richard holds a BA (Hons) in History from The University of Manchester.
