Thiago Araujo

Thiago Araujo has worked as a Support Analyst at SmartKargo since 2020. Previously, they were a Senior Customer Support Assistant at IBM from 2013 to 2019, where they focused on North America Sales support and contract management using various automated systems. Thiago also worked as an Intern at INSS from 2012 to 2013 and at Monteiro e Valente Advocacia in 2011.

Thiago Araujo obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Law from Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Banco de Dados SQL + Projetos Reais" from Udemy in March 2023, and in "Gestão Ágil de Projetos com Scrum" from Udemy in November 2019.
