Muhammad Raza

Muhammad Raza is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in organic semiconductor development and production management. Currently at SmartKem Limited since 2012, Muhammad focuses on new product development and process chemistry for printable plastic electronics and display technology. Previous roles include Development Chemist at Fine Organics Limited, where contract synthesis of APIs and agrochemicals took place, and a progression at Norbrook Laboratories Limited from Synthetic Chemist to Team Leader in Synthetic Chemistry, overseeing production of APIs across multiple sites. Additional experiences encompass work at Cascade Biochem Limited, BP, and a focus on health and safety at Elam-T. Muhammad holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Keele University.
