The Finance Team at SmartKem is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. They ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cash flow, and support strategic decision-making to drive the development and commercialization of SmartKem's high-performance organic technology platform. Members include the Vice President of Finance, Assistant Management Accountant, and Chief Financial Officer.
