David T.

David T. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Foodservice Manager at HealthFair. In this role, they managed all aspects of prepared foods, bakery, and juice bar, and worked to improve purchasing opportunities and align resources.

In 2011, David T. moved on to work as a Line Cook at Shipwreck Grill, where they were responsible for assisting with mise en place, butchery, and specials, while maintaining high quality standards and efficiency.

From 2012 to 2016, David T. worked as a Sous Chef at W Hotels, managing a la carte dining in a luxury hotel setting. Their responsibilities included menu development, productivity management, purchasing, and customer service. David also had property-level engagement leadership responsibilities, dedicated to cultivating peak experiences for internal and external guests. David was currently working on project management, associate satisfaction, and process improvement.

Starting in 2016, David T. joined Aloft Hotels as a Shipping Receiving specialist until 2020.

Most recently, David T. joined SmartLabs in 2020. David first worked as a Community Specialist until September 2022, and then transitioned into the role of HR & Travel Coordinator.

David T. attended Brookdale Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
