Joel Hornstein

Joel Hornstein is an investor and advisor with over two decades of experience in financial services, technology, and business services. They founded Structural, managing a range of vehicles with unique objectives, and have served as a board member or investor for numerous companies, including Ardeo Education Solutions and AutoFi. Before this, Hornstein held various roles at firms like Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, where they specialized in capital allocation and M&A transactions. They earned a J.D. from Yale Law School and a degree in Economics from Harvard University. Additionally, Hornstein served as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve.
