Robey NeJame

Robey NeJame is the Director of Sales at Smartleaf, where they oversee enterprise B2B sales and manage the hiring and training of the business development team. Previously, Robey held positions at Smartleaf as an Account Executive and Sales Operations Manager, as well as roles at The Boston Consulting Group and MassChallenge, where they coordinated operations and managed startup services. Robey holds a Bachelor’s degree with a double concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship, and a minor in History from Northeastern University, which they completed in 2020. Passionate about equality and understanding among individuals, Robey also enjoys various sports, creative storytelling, and playing acoustic guitar in their spare time.
