Shawn Ryan

Shawn Ryan has a long and varied work experience. Shawn began their career in 2005 as a Pro Baseball player for the Quebec Capitales. In 2010, they became the Business Development Center Supervisor for Lia Auto Group. In 2012, they were a Marketing Intern for NYSPHSAA, responsible for writing press releases, conducting market research, and looking over vendor bids. In 2013, they became the Managed Print Specialist/ Account Manager for National Business Equipment and Supply. In 2015, they were the General Manager for National Business Equipment. In 2017, they were the Director of Strategic Accounts and Vice President for NATIONAL Business Technologies. In 2019, they were the Senior Sales Executive| SaaS Sales Executive| for Whalley Computer Associates, Inc and Co-Founder & CEO for SmartLedger - The World's Leading Blockchain Distribution Channel. In 2021, they became the Director Of Corporate Relations - Exchanges & Wallets and Commercial Development Coordinator for the Bitcoin Association.

Shawn Ryan obtained a Bachelor degree from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2008, majoring in Communications and Political Science. Shawn also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the State University at Albany in 2008, majoring in Rhetoric & Communication.
