Luke Stein is a dedicated and motivated professional currently serving as the Director of Commercial Operations at SmartLess Mobile since 2024. Previously, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, where they contributed to various strategic initiatives for major retailers and telecommunications providers. Prior to that, Luke held multiple roles at Shaw Communications, culminating in a Manager position where they led a team to reduce customer churn significantly. Luke earned their MBA from Ivey Business School in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University.
