With over eleven years of experience as a medical director for UnitedHealthcare, they provided oversight in healthcare claims management and utilized their expertise to lead the AppriseMD team. Franklin practiced as a general surgeon in the Chicago area and co-founded SmartLight Analytics to enhance healthcare efficiency and reduce costs. They hold a Doctor of Medicine from Rush Medical College and a Master of Science in Radiation Safety from Rush University.
