Wiley Sims is the Principal Franchisee at Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisors, providing personal mortgage advice from a panel of lenders and serving clients in the Greater Geelong area, the Bellarine Peninsula, the Surf Coast, and Melbourne’s northern suburbs. They specialise in competitive home loans for homebuyers, upgraders, downsizers, refinancers, and property investors, and also assist with commercial, plant, vehicle, and equipment finance. Their background includes serving as a Lecturer at La Trobe University (1998–2011) where they lectured and researched in strategic management, services marketing, services operations management, and HRM, and they continue to lecture in Principles of Gastronomy. They hold a Dip Teach and a B.Ed (Tech) from the University of Technology, Sydney, a Master of Management in Hospitality Management from Griffith University, and a Dip Financial Services (MBM) from AAMC.
