Oleg Shpak

Oleg Shpak has a strong background in IT operations and systems administration. Oleg started their career as a Network Systems Administrator at Runtime Technologies in 2000, where they managed the IT department with limited resources and implemented and maintained a mixed network of Windows and Linux servers. Oleg then moved on to APX, Inc. in 2008, where they served as the Senior Systems Administrator and Head of Enterprise Infrastructure Services. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's infrastructure and systems. Finally, Oleg joined Smartling in 2011 as the Director of IT Operations. Oleg played a pivotal role in designing the company's translation services, negotiated vendor contracts to decrease IT expenses, and organized the team's workflow for timely issue resolution.

Oleg Shpak completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Mathematics from Dnipropetrovs'kij Nacional'nij Universitet between the years 1989 and 1994.
