Lawrence Castro

Lawrence Castro is an experienced Construction Manager with a robust background in overseeing major telecommunications projects. Since March 2014, Lawrence has been with Smartlink, LLC and also serves in the same capacity at General Dynamics since September 2013. Prior roles include management positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Black & Veatch, and SACW, where Lawrence successfully led notable projects such as the Sprint Network Vision 4G LTE Upgrade for LA Metro and AT&T Turf Build-Out in LA County. Lawrence holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Cerritos College.
