Ryan Dear has over 15 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ryan started their career as the Site Development Director at Site Link Wireless, LLC in 2004 and held the position until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, Ryan served as the VP of Operations at Telecom Capital Group. Currently, they are the Director of Delivery at Smartlink Group.

Ryan Dear received their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
