Wayne Kooser

Wayne Kooser is an experienced construction and project manager with a comprehensive background in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving at Smartlink Group since July 2017 in various roles, including Construction Program Manager, Construction Project Manager, and Construction Manager, Wayne has effectively managed multiple projects across different markets. Previously, Wayne held positions as Project Manager at Crosslink Wireless, overseeing operations for the BAWA, NOVA, and SOVA markets, and as Construction Manager at SCE Site Development, managing Verizon Wireless projects.
