Michelle Moore

Michelle Moore has extensive experience in product management and marketing, currently serving as Associate Director Product and Head of Product at Smartly since September 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle held several leadership positions at Bank of New Zealand from March 2015 to August 2020, including Head of Proposition, where responsibility included leading strategy and customer propositions, and Senior Manager Proposition Development, focusing on world-class propositions. Earlier experience includes roles as Portfolio Manager Merchants and Senior Product Manager for Merchant Acquiring at Bank of New Zealand, Marketing Manager at Open Polytechnic, and Marketing Product Manager at New Zealand Post. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Victoria University of Wellington and training in Business Model and Customer Value Proposition Development from Strategyzer.
