Adam Watson

Adam Watson is a growth-oriented talent acquisition leader with over 13 years of experience in both in-house and agency environments, now serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead for Smartly. They previously held various roles at TikTok, where they built and scaled a Diversity Recruitment Program, ultimately enhancing candidate pipelines and promoting inclusive hiring practices. Adam's earlier experience includes positions at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and CohnReznick LLP, as well as a founding role at Capital Traders Group. They hold a BS in Finance and Marketing from Boston College.
