Augustine Lee is an experienced professional in digital marketing and customer success, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Smartly.io since November 2022. Previously, Augustine worked as a Paid Social Media Associate at Smartly.io from December 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Augustine held the position of Social Media Specialist for Digital & Omni-channel at Alcon, where co-led the launch of a new contact lens brand across seven APAC markets. Augustine's experience also includes a role as Digital Marketing Executive for LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, supporting the e-commerce business in the APAC region, and an internship at Collective Responsibility in Shanghai. Augustine began a career in social media marketing as an intern at BoxGreen, significantly increasing social media engagement. Augustine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the National University of Singapore and has pursued additional education at Fudan University and through the NUS Overseas Colleges program.
