Jerry Tohvan

Jerry Tohvan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jerry started their career as an Innovation Technology Developer at IHiS, where they conducted research and prototyping of future IoT and healthcare innovations. Jerry then worked as a Software Engineer at 22 Media, where they resolved front-end and backend bugs on a custom e-commerce website and designed an interactive sales funnel system. Jerry also had a role as a student consultant at KPMG Singapore, where they collaborated with the Principal Advisor & Executive Director on various projects. Jerry then became a Computer Vision Developer at RGE, where they proposed and presented research findings on computer vision innovation. Jerry later joined The Software Practice Pte Ltd as a Software Sales & Business Analyst, generating leads and providing functional recommendations. Jerry then became a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University, mentoring and guiding up to 200 students. Most recently, they joined Smartly.io as a Lead Solutions Engineer, spearheading the development of solutions and processes to deliver exceptional customer support.

Jerry Tohvan completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Information Systems from Singapore Management University from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Business Application with Merit from Republic Polytechnic from 2014 to 2016. Jerry also holds multiple additional certifications in various subjects, including Full Stack Open, Marketing Foundations, Snapchat Advertising Essentials, and various courses related to programming and data analysis.
