Lucy Dobrin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and board governance. At Providence Equity Partners since August 2011, Lucy has advanced through several positions, culminating in the role of Managing Director. Additionally, Lucy serves on the boards of multiple companies, including Smartly.io and DoubleVerify, both from 2017, and has previous board experience with EdgeConneX and OEConnection. Earlier in the career, Lucy worked as an analyst at Merrill Lynch and held internships at Audax Group and Bridgewater Associates. Lucy holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, earned in 2009.
