Marcella Dita Armilla

Marcella Dita Armilla is an accomplished Customer Success Manager at Smartly.io since August 2021, having previously held the role of Customer Success Associate. Prior to this, Marcella worked with JAPAN PRIVATE TOUR Co., Ltd. from March 2017 to July 2021, where a range of positions were held, including Freelance Travel Designer, Head of Travel Designer, and Operation Consultant.
