Phi van Ngoc

Phi Van Ngoc is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Smartly.io since March 2023, Phi has previously held prominent roles including CTO and Advisor at Integrify, where the focus was on empowering immigrants through coding education and job placement. Phi co-founded multiple startups such as Stealth Mode, which developed a local social network app, and We Encourage™, aimed at combating forced marriage for girls. With a solid background at Rovio Entertainment Corporation as a Senior Full-stack Developer, Phi contributed to the development of tools and systems for multiplayer games. Earlier experiences include senior development roles at agencies and tech companies, specializing in web applications, mobile development, and embedded systems. Phi holds an engineering degree in Information Systems from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
