Mark Murray

Mark Murray is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of marketing, business consulting, and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer for APAC at SmartMedia Technologies since September 2022, Mark oversees the enterprise engagement platform that utilizes blockchain technology. As the Founder and Director of Flow Consulting Partners since June 2016, Mark provides expertise in various areas including digital marketing and customer experience consulting. Previously, Mark held leadership roles including CEO and Director at Geronimo, a consultancy focused on mobile customer experience, and Co-Founder at Exploria. Mark also served as Chief Marketing Officer at RateSetter Australia and BT Financial Group, among other roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Finance from Australian Catholic University and a Higher School Certificate from Newington College.
