I help mission-driven organizations make sense of their data so they can make wiser decisions, uncover hidden opportunities, and better understand their impact.

Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership, from helping launch the Bible App to building analytics programs for some of the largest churches and nonprofits in the country.

Through SmartMetrix, I partner with organizations to simplify complex data, improve reporting strategy, and create cultures of curiosity around metrics and decision-making.

I believe data should do more than report numbers. It should help leaders see what they otherwise might miss.

I’m especially passionate about:
• Data strategy for churches and nonprofits
• AI-powered insight tools
• Helping leaders ask better questions
• Making the complex simple and actionable
• Building healthier, more self-aware organizations

Outside of work, I’m probably spending time with my grandbabies, drinking too much coffee, or convincing people that curiosity is more valuable than certainty.

Because most organizations don’t have a data problem. They have a clarity problem.
