Mackenzie Wicks has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Mackenzie began their career at Oxford Athletic Club as a Fitness Representative and Special Events and Marketing Representative. In 2016, they took on an Exhibitor Service Representative Intern role at Stetson Convention Services, Inc., where they managed exhibitors' needs and requests for showcases. In 2020, they moved to Health Benefit Options as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at SmartMoving Software.

Mackenzie Wicks graduated from North Allegheny Senior High School in May 2013. From 2015 to 2018, they attended Point Park University, studying Public Relations and Advertising.
