Bengu Zorba is a results-driven project and delivery leader currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery at Smartnumbers. With extensive experience in change management and service delivery, Bengu has held key roles at various organizations, including Senior Digital Project Manager at Avanti West Coast and Project Delivery Manager at O2. They have successfully managed major projects, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Bengu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from City, University of London and a BTEC National Diploma in Software Development from Westminster Kingsway College.
