Peter Ruijter

Peter Ruijter is a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer and Senior Software Developer, currently employed at smartocto and CleverLions, respectively, since June 2015. At smartocto, Peter created the Tentacles product, enhancing website content impact through an innovative overlay. Additionally, Peter contributed to the redesign and development of a real-time experience for content strategy at smartocto. As the Owner of Peter Industries since March 2006, Peter specializes in mobile and web-based application development and database administration. Previous roles include Lead Backend Developer at BNN-VARA and VARA, where Peter managed and developed websites for broadcast media, and Software Engineer at EsperantoXL, focusing on applications for major organizations. Peter's career began at Bedrijvenweb, where diverse programming expertise was demonstrated across various industries. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in ICT, System Administration, from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
