Michael Green

Michael Green has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, beginning with a role as an IT Support Technician at JCC Software in 1994. Michael then moved on to work as an Inventory Analyst II at The Franklin Mint in 1997, followed by a role as Software Developer and Managing Director at Emixode Communications in 1998. In 2004, they became an IT Support Specialist at MBSC, followed by a role as an IT Recruitment Consultant at GCS in 2008. Michael also worked as a Senior Researcher at DBS in 2010 and as a Software Developer as an Independent Consultant in 2008. From 2013 to 2017, Michael worked as a Linux System Administrator at 5quidhost Ltd and is currently a Systems Engineer at Smartology.net since 2019. In this role, they enjoy an interdisciplinary role that combines many aspects of DevOps, Network and Systems Administration, SRE and Cloud Infrastructure into one. Michael is responsible for ensuring the company's flagship product, SmartMatch, can deliver billions of contextual matching requests within milliseconds across 4 geographic regions, all while maintaining an uptime of >99.99%.

Michael Green attended Oosterborch College from 1993 to 1996, where they studied Business Administration & Economics.
