Khang Le, CBAP®, is a Business Analyst Manager with a strong background in the Magento platform and a focus on delivering valuable software solutions for business growth. Khang has previously worked as a Business Analyst and Business Solutions Specialist at Magestore, where they analyzed requirements, conducted UAT, and successfully onboarded over 30 clients. Currently, at SmartOSC, Khang leads high-priority projects, manages Business Analyst leads, and oversees resource allocation while continuing to apply a wide range of BA techniques. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Hanoi University, which they completed in 2017.
