SmartPads was founded by two Colorado adventurers with a clear vision: to craft homes with a distinct look and feel that harmonize with mountain living. The SmartPads design ethos maximizes views, provides open and airy spaces, and embraces mountain modern architecture. This unique vision is embodied in all SmartPads designs. In a time of high building costs and labor shortages, we recognized an opportunity to redefine the home-building experience in the Mountain West. Blending our signature design style with the efficiency of prefab construction, we offer a streamlined path to realizing a luxury prefab home.

The team at SmartPads has refined the process of prefabricated home construction with a focus on meticulous design and mountain-worthy engineering. What started as a humble venture with a tiny home development in rural Colorado has developed into an innovative enterprise facilitating the creation of luxurious, custom-built homes throughout the Mountain West region.
