Jim Mooney

Jim Mooney is currently the Chief Technology Officer at SmartPay Solutions, LLC, a provider of Pay-As-You-Go Workers’ Compensation billing and administration solutions. Prior to this role, Jim was a Business & IT Consultant and held various VP and Director positions in product management, system architecture, and quality assurance at companies like Sycamore Networks, Sirocco Systems, Lucent/Ascend Communications, and Control Data Systems. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from UNH.
