Rob Birkhimer is a training specialist with a payroll-focused customer service background and over four years of experience in the payroll industry. They began their career as a Kitchen Manager at Bar Louie and later worked as a Personal Banker at Huntington National Bank and Fifth Third Bank. They transitioned to payroll roles, beginning as a Payroll Specialist at Heartland Payroll Solutions, then serving as a New Hire Trainer and an IT Support Technician at Heartland. Currently, Rob works as a Payroll System Integration Expert at SmartPay Solutions, LLC. Rob graduated from Brookside High School in 2005.
