Rohit Sinha has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Rohit started their career in 2005 as a Senior Developer/Co-founder at Information Synergies, where they specialized in web-based file storage and website development. Rohit later worked as a Software Engineer at Vertafore, where they developed document management and integration applications for insurance companies.

In 2011, Rohit joined CTS, Inc. as a Consultant, leading projects for multinational companies and providing technical pre-sale presentations. Rohit also played a significant role in advancing a Fortune 500 Energy company's green initiative.

From 2013 to 2015, Rohit worked as a Manager at Avanade, where they designed and implemented a financial transaction processing framework and provided thought leadership during the organization's transition to Microsoft technologies.

Rohit then founded their own company, Prescreenr, in 2016, where they served as the CEO and Founder. Prescreenr is a recruiting platform that automates and simplifies the prescreening of candidates, saving time and resources.

In 2015, Rohit also worked as a Technology Consultant and Partner at The RRS Group, specializing in custom application and mobile development solutions across various industries and platforms.

Currently, they hold the position of CTO at SmartPM Technologies, Inc., a company focused on developing technologies for project planning and management.

Rohit Sinha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended LBJ HS from 2004 to 2007, without obtaining a degree or studying a specific field. In addition, they obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer in various areas such as web applications and Windows Store apps, as well as certifications in SharePoint 2010 application development and Windows application development using Microsoft .NET Framework 4.
