Danick Baron began their career in 2006 as a Customer Relationship Manager I at Bank of America. In this role, they were the single point of contact and trusted advisor for borrowers, managing a portfolio of 197 loans. Danick also educated customers on options such as Payment Plans, Modifications, Short Sale, Deed in Lieu, or Foreclosure. In 2008, they were promoted to Mortgage Servicing Specialist II, where they worked on default and non-default loans, responding to customers, investors, and authorized 3rd party inquiries. In 2012, they were promoted again to Senior Account Manager II, where they worked in multiple stages of delinquency from 30 days past due to charge off. Danick also offered repayment plans to cure delinquent accounts and provided forgiveness options by helping customers settle their accounts. In 2013, Danick Baron joined SmartProcure as a Data Acquisition Specialist, where they were the primary contact to federal, state, and local government agencies to facilitate requesting, receiving, evaluating, and categorizing data to be imported into the company's cutting-edge system. Danick also built relationships with government agencies and managed a folder of over 1700 government agencies.
Danick Baron studied French Language and Literature at University at Buffalo. Danick obtained a Paralegal certification from the same institution in May 2003. Additionally, they hold All Line Adjuster and Insurance Agent, Accident, Variable Life & Variable Annuities certifications from the State of Florida.
