Eric Chung

Eric Chung has worked in the purchasing and procurement industry for over 15 years. Eric began their career in 2002 as the General Manager of Charley's Restaurant, where they were responsible for ordering product, receiving deliveries, scheduling employees, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, marketing, and supervising a staff of 15. In 2006, Eric joined InnKeepers USA as a Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Agent, and Administrative Assistant. In 2011, Eric began working at Chatham Lodging Trust/INK Acquisition LLC as a Purchasing Manager and Purchasing Manager/Agent. In this role, they were responsible for purchasing and supervising the purchase of FF&E for over 30 hotel renovation projects. In 2013, Eric joined SmartProcure as a Data Acquisition Specialist, where they aimed to improve procurement intelligence through information sharing.

Eric Chung completed their high school diploma from Greater Miami Academy in 1993. Eric then attended the University of Miami, but did not complete a degree.
