Daniel Bauman

Daniel Bauman is currently an advisor at SmartProperty. Daniel has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.

Bauman began their career in 1990 as a Senior Vice President at Legum & Norman. In 2005, they left to join Fairfield Residential LLC as their Vice President of Asset Management. Daniel held this position for six years before being promoted to Vice President of Business Development in 2009. Bauman left Fairfield Residential in 2011 to become the President of FirstService Residential DC Metro. Daniel held this position for five years before leaving to join Bonaventure Realty Group as their President, BPMS in 2018. Bauman left Bonaventure Realty Group in 2019 and joined Perspequity, LLC.

Daniel has been with SmartProperty since 2020.
