Greg Drakos

Greg Drakos is an experienced advisor and executive. Greg currently works as an advisor at SmartProperty, but they have also served as the Executive Vice President of the Special Situations Group at Carrington Holding Company, LLC. Prior to that, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate in Leveraged Finance at Merrill Lynch and as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Houlihan Lokey. Greg also has experience in construction, having worked as a Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company and Ryan Homes. Greg Drakos is a well-rounded professional with a wealth of experience in various industries.

Greg Drakos has a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality from Cornell University, a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, and a Master of Real Estate in Real Estate Development & Finance from USC Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development. Greg also has certification from the Series 63 and Series 79, as well as the Real Estate Financial Modeling REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate: Level 1,2,3 with Distinction.
