Jared Tunnell

Jared Tunnell has over 19 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on residential and commercial real estate. Jared is currently an Advisor at SmartProperty, a company that provides financial services to properties throughout North America.

Jared started their career in 2001 as the founder of Residential Technology Management, a startup focused on digitizing commercial property operations. Jared ran the company for six years before selling it in 2007.

In October 2005, Jared joined FirstService Residential as a business analyst. Jared was promoted to Vice President of Cash Management and Lending within six months, and went on to manage the commercial lending brokerage and cash management products for the company. Jared left FirstService Residential in October 2010 to join SmartProperty.

Jared Tunnell attended Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
